Ideal for usage in granite, marble, Italian marble, kota stone, heavy duty & large tiles (1200x2400mm, 1200x1800mm and 1600x3200mm) indoor(grey adhesive) & outdoor (white adhesive) applications. Up to 50 feet height on wall. Also used for spot bonding of polyester glass wool, polyurethane panels.
Cleaning Instructions
After each usage, immediately clean the tools and equipment with clean water.
Mixing
- Mix 20 kg PROOFER DIAMOND ADHESIVE with 5 to 6 litres.
- For homogeneous lump-free consistency, use a forced action mixer.
- Leave it for about 5 minutes to fatten it up.
- Hand mixing is only suggested for tiny amounts.
- Prepare as much as can be consumed in 45 minutes.
