Job Description:

Strategy Development & Planning

  • Develop and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies that align with the overall company goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness and product reach in targeted markets.
  • Collaborate with the senior management to design BTL campaigns, promotions, and brand activations for various products in the bathware sector.
  • Formulate local marketing plans tailored to specific geographies, customer demographics, and business requirements.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, organize, and manage BTL activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, in-store promotions, dealer meets, and customer engagement programs.
  • Lead the team in executing field marketing activities like product demos, sampling, roadshows, and point-of-sale (POS) activations.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and timely adjustments to enhance effectiveness.

Collaboration & Team Management

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that BTL marketing efforts support sales objectives and lead to conversions.
  • Manage a team of marketing executives, coordinators, and external agencies for flawless execution of campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and retailers to enhance brand positioning in the bathware industry.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation

  • Manage the marketing budget for BTL activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources for maximum impact.
  • Track marketing expenses and generate reports for top management, ensuring that BTL efforts stay within the allocated budget.

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify customer preferences, competitor strategies, and market opportunities for bathware products.
  • Use insights from the field to improve product positioning, promotional efforts, and customer targeting.

Brand Building & Positioning

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all BTL marketing activities.
  • Work with creative teams to develop impactful and engaging marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and in-store displays.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Negotiate with vendors, event organizers, and third-party service providers to execute BTL activities.
  • Manage relationships with media partners and advertising agencies to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track the success of all BTL campaigns, prepare reports, and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and areas of improvement.
  • Present periodic updates and analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in BTL marketing within the bathware, building materials, or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and CRM systems for planning and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from market data.
