Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager/Sr. Manager – Business Development to drive product awareness and relationships in the tiles division. The focus of this role is on product promotion rather than direct sales, involving extensive networking with architects, builders, and contractors to elevate the brand’s presence and establish a strong market reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Building & Product Promotion
    • Engage with architects, builders, contractors, Government department (CPWD, PWD) and other key decision-makers in the industry to promote our tile products(introduce them our company product), emphasizing their quality, design, and applicability.
    • Build long-term professional relationships to keep our products top-of-mind for upcoming and ongoing projects.
  2. Market Analysis & Strategy
    • Conduct market analysis to understand trends in the North region, identifying key opportunities for product promotion and brand positioning.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific promotional strategies and campaigns.
  3. Industry Networking
    • Represent the brand at industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to strengthen relationships within the architectural and construction community.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and goal achievement.
  4. Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and support the North Business Development team to ensure effective execution of product promotion initiatives across Punjab, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.
    • Set clear targets and monitor team performance, providing guidance and training where necessary.
  5. Reporting & Feedback
    • Provide regular feedback to senior management on market trends, client feedback, and new promotional opportunities.
    • Prepare monthly reports detailing promotional activities, relationship-building efforts, and any challenges faced.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the tiles, building materials, or construction industry.
  • Strong network with architects, builders, and contractors in the Delhi/NCR and North regions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Team leadership experience and a strategic approach to product promotion.
